Team Leader - IT

Job Context

We are looking to hire a Team Lead (IT). The position will play a key role in planning, creating and implementing an IT vision and strategy aligned with the company’s strategic business plan, as well as assist in the development of corporate standards, technology architecture, technology evaluation and transfer.
Job Responsibility
- Managing the ongoing work of the team
- Planning the work of programmers
- Responsible for the quality and timeliness of work performed
- Design and implementation according to previously made assumptions and project constraints
- Co-creation of business strategy
- Implementation and training of new employees
Educational Requirement
- A minimum of 7 years of professional experience as a Scala and / or Java programmer
- Experience in team management
- The ability to design and build web solutions based on Spring
- Good knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases
- Knowledge of REST issues
- Knowledge and practical use of design patterns
- Knowledge of English at a communicative level
- Independence and responsibility for the tasks entrusted
- Willing to acquire and share knowledge as well as creative approach to solving project problems
